The Imago Professional Facilitator Training Program

Register Here

February 2026- August 2026

The 4th Wednesday of each month from 13:00-15:00pm Eastern time.

Project and Integration Practicum (PODS): Facilitator trainees will meet on a monthly basis with a Faculty member to share their successes and challenges in integrating Imago into their sphere of interest. The course is divided up into Supervision and Project Preparation sessions. Each supervision session, trainees will bring a tape of their work and receive feedback in the Imago Feedback Model. The Project Prep sessions provide trainees with the necessary support to design and complete their Imago project.  This project should be something that integrates Imago into their interests, lives, or career and will contain a tangible element. At the end of the course each Facilitator will conduct a 45 minute presentation on their Facilitator Project.

Learning objectives:

Participants will...

1. Apply the Imago Feedback Model to give and receive feedback on facilitation work.

2. Design the structure and process of an Imago oriented project.

3. Demonstrate skills of facilitating individuals, dyads, or groups in the Imago Dialogue and integrate feedback from instructors and peers over the course of the class.

Fundamentals of Imago Facilitation presents some basic concepts of relational competence, including presence, safety and connection. Participants learn and practice the elements of the Imago Dialogue process and how to apply these in various settings with others who are not familiar with this amazingly effective way of communicating. An understanding of basic human developmental needs and areas of functioning guides the Facilitator in their way of being. A clear model of current and desired functioning helps Facilitators conceptualize issues that clients may present with and to help them move towards new possibilities. Relational ethics and working with diversity are also addressed. Available on-line.

This course can be taken as a stand-alone learning experience, or as part of the larger Certification Course.
